How to cook "Pepper and parsley for the winter"
Prepare your ingredients. For pepper, use a 0.5 liter jar. Peel and rinse the pepper, cut in half. Blanch the pepper halves in hot water for 3 minutes. Rinse the parsley and chop finely. Sterilize the jar for the blank, then fill with peppers and parsley. Prepare the marinade separately. Dissolve salt and sugar in water, boil for a minute and pour in vinegar. Pour the marinade into a jar of peppers. Sterilize the peppers in a saucepan within 15 minutes of boiling. After a while, carefully remove the jar from the pan and roll up.
