- Chicken egg - 1 Piece
- White cabbage - 500 grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Salt - To taste
- Black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Chebureki with cabbage"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Combine water, salt, egg, vodka and oil. Add flour and knead the dough. Place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Fry grated carrots and chopped onions in oil for 5 minutes. Add chopped cabbage, salt and simmer, covered, until tender. Roll the dough into a rope and divide into equal pieces.
