- Sugar - 1.8 Cups
- Cucumbers - 1 Kilogram
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Salt - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Peppercorns - 0.3 Art. spoons

How to cook "Pikuli from cucumbers for the winter"
Prepare ingredients and two 0.5 liter jars. Wash and dry the cucumbers, cut off the ends on both sides. Grate cucumbers on a special grater with thin plates. Peel and rinse the onion, cut into half rings. Add onions to cucumbers. Make a marinade with vinegar, sugar, salt and spices. Place the cucumbers and onions in the marinade. Boil the cucumbers for 4-5 minutes and remove from heat.
