How to make "Leafy Celery for the Winter"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Rinse the jar and disassemble the bunch of leaf celery into stalks, rinse each of them in water and place in the jar as tightly as possible to the top. Boil water, pour boiling water into a jar, cover with a tin lid and leave for 5 minutes to steam. Pour salt into a saucepan or ladle. Change the lid on the jar to a drain one and drain the liquid into a pot of salt. Place the container on the stove and bring the brine to a boil. Turn off the heat and pour vinegar into the brine, stir. Pour the hot marinade into the steamed celery jar to the top. Seal immediately with a sealing wrench or thread. Check the tightness of the preservation above the sink by turning it upside down. Then let cool and store in a pantry, cellar or basement.
