- Tomatoes - 700 Grams
- Bulgarian pepper - 200 Grams
- Parsley - 5 Grams
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Hot Pepper - 5 Grams
- Sugar - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 0.5 Art. spoons
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to cook "Bell pepper ketchup"
Prepare ingredients according to the list. Wash tomatoes, bell peppers and hot peppers. Peel the garlic cloves as well. Grind tomatoes, peppers, parsley in a meat grinder or in a blender bowl. Transfer the tomato-pepper mixture to a saucepan, cook for 30 minutes, add salt and sugar. After another 10 minutes of cooking, add garlic passed through a press to the sauce, add vinegar. Spread the ketchup in sterile jars, immediately roll up the lids and put upside down, cover with a blanket and leave alone for a day. If you want a smooth and homogeneous ketchup, after cooking, wipe it through a sieve and only then add vinegar, boil for a minute and put in sterile jars.
