Ingredients:
- Bell Pepper - 1 Kilogram
- Tomatoes - 500 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 1/2 Piece
- Hot chili pepper - 1/2 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 70 Milliliters
- Salt - 1/2 Art. spoons
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 9% - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Spicy lecho"
Prepare all ingredients. Cut off the tails of bell peppers, remove the core and partitions. Cut into medium-sized slices. Cut the onion into half rings. Grind the tomatoes, garlic and hot peppers in a blender until smooth. Pour the puree into a saucepan, add the peppers, salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook lecho for half an hour. Add vinegar at the end. Place lecho in sterilized jars. Close the lid, turn over, wrap in a tea towel and leave to cool completely.
