How to cook "German Tomatoes"
Prepare your ingredients. Wash the tomatoes and dry slightly. Peel the bell peppers and cut into large strips. Wash and dry the apple, remove the core. Slice the apple into slices. Wash and sterilize jars for the blank. Use one three liter can or three liter cans. Fill the jar with tomatoes and apples, add bell peppers. Pour boiling water into the jar. Leave the tomatoes to steam for 15 minutes. After a while, drain the water into a saucepan, boil and return to the jar for 15 minutes.
