How to cook "Tomatoes with prunes for the winter"
Prepare the required ingredients. Rinse tomatoes and plums in water, put in a clean jar evenly, alternating. Try to keep them as tight as possible without bursting the tomatoes. Rinse the celery sprigs and place them between the fruits. Boil water and pour boiling water into the jar to the top. Close the lid, but do not tighten. Leave to steam for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the fruit. Pour salt and black peppercorns into a saucepan or ladle. The salt must not be iodized, otherwise the workpiece may ferment! From the jar, pour the liquid into a saucepan, place the container on the stove and bring the brine to a boil. Turn off the heat and pour in the vinegar, stir gently. Pour the marinade into the steamed fruit jar to the top.
