How to make Tomato Seasoning for the Winter

Prepare the required ingredients. Rinse the tomatoes in water, cut them in half and remove the green cuttings. Rub each half of the tomato on a coarse or fine mesh grater into a deep bowl or salad bowl. Pour the tomato mass into a saucepan or cauldron, add salt, sugar and ground black pepper. Peel and rinse the cloves of garlic, then press into a container.
