How to cook "Winter pickled tomatoes with sterilization"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse the tomatoes, peel the garlic. I indicated the ingredients for 2 jars of 1 liter each. In each jar, place a few parsley sprigs, bay leaves, and a few black peppercorns. Also add 2 cloves of garlic, cut into several pieces. Fill the jars with pre-washed tomatoes. You need to stack quite tightly, but without pressing them, so that the tomatoes do not burst. If tomatoes are thin-skinned, prick them with a fork, then they will better retain their shape during pickling. Place a couple of parsley sprigs on top. Prepare the marinade. Pour 500 ml into a saucepan. water (a little more, in case too much water evaporates), add salt, sugar and vinegar. Bring the marinade to a boil and simmer for another minute. Pour the marinade over the tomato jars.
