- Water - 800 Milliliters
- Salt - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vodka - 1 Art. the spoon
- Garlic - To taste
- Peppercorns - To taste
- Parsley - To taste

How to cook "Drunken Cucumbers"
Prepare your ingredients. Soak the cucumbers in cold water for several hours in advance. After drying, trim off the ends on both sides. Cut the cucumbers into oblong strips; if they are small, leave them whole. Wash and sterilize jars for preparation in a convenient way. Fill the jars with cucumbers, put clean herbs, peppercorns and garlic on the bottom. Prepare the marinade. Combine water, sugar and salt, boil for a minute, pour in vinegar and vodka. Pour the marinade into jars of cucumbers. Sterilize the workpiece within 15 minutes from the moment the water boils. After that, roll up the cucumbers with lids and put them upside down, wrap them up. Store cucumbers in your pantry. The cucumbers are delicious!
