- Flaxseeds - 1 Art. the spoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ginger - 10-15 Grams

How to make Ginger Smoothie
Prepare all ingredients. Grind the flaxseed in a coffee grinder. Add a little water to swell the flaxseed and let it sit for a minute. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, peel the ginger and orange. Then grind all the ingredients in a blender. Ginger smoothie is ready, bon appetit!
