- Zucchini - 600 Grams
- Apple - 2 Pieces (medium size)
- Chili Pepper - 2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Tomatoes - 2-4 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Vinegar 9% - 30 Milliliters
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 0.3 teaspoons
- Black pepper - To taste (freshly ground)

How to cook "Spicy Zucchini Salad for the Winter"
Prepare the required ingredients. Cut vegetables and apples into slices. Grind the vegetables in a blender or in a meat grinder. Transfer to a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add sugar, salt, black pepper, vegetable oil and put on heat just below medium. Boil after boiling for 25 minutes. Cut the courgettes into medium cubes. Transfer the zucchini to a saucepan and cook after simmering over medium heat for 25 minutes. After the time has passed, add the vinegar and boil for another 3 minutes. Salad ready.
