How to cook "Tomatoes with marigolds for the winter"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. I indicated the number of products for 2 liter jars. At the bottom of each jar, place several branches of marigolds (do not forget to rinse them). Fill the jars with the tomatoes, firmly but without pressing hard. Place a couple of fragrant flowers in the middle. Pour boiling water over the jars of tomatoes and cover with lids, leave the jars for 10-15 minutes. Then drain the water from the cans into a saucepan, add salt and sugar. Put the saucepan over the fire and bring the marinade to a boil. Pour 1 tbsp into each jar. l. table vinegar, then fill to the top with marinade and roll up the jars with metal lids.
