- Eggplant - 1 Piece
- Cucumbers - 2-3 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 3-4 Cloves
- Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar 6% - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 0.25 Teaspoons
- Sugar - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Ground black pepper - 3 Pinches

How to cook "Lecho without pepper for the winter"
Prepare the required ingredients. Rinse the tomatoes in water, cut and remove the green cuttings. Rub them with a coarse or fine mesh grater into a deep bowl. Remove the cake. Pour the tomato mass into a cauldron or saucepan. Rinse the eggplant, cut the tails and cut the vegetable into half rings, adding to the container. Rinse the cucumbers in water, cut off the ends of the vegetables and cut them into slices. Pour into a saucepan along with salt, sugar, ground black pepper. Place the container on the stove and simmer for about 20 minutes. Peel the onions, rinse and cut into half rings. Peel the garlic, rinse and chop. Add both slices to the container. Simmer the lecho for another 20 minutes, then pour vegetable oil and vinegar into it, simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Sterilize jars and lids in any way you choose. Turn off the heating lecho.
