How to make "Pear and Grape Compote"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse pears and grapes. Separate the grapes from the twigs. Rinse the pears and cut into wedges. In clean 1 liter jars (I have 2 jars), spread the prepared grapes and pears equally. Boil 2 liters of water, pour boiling water into jars, cover with lids and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then drain the jars into a saucepan, add sugar and bring to a boil again.
