Lazy lecho is prepared only from bell peppers and tomatoes with the addition of garlic and spices - you don't need any more vegetables. The vegetable snack turns out to be juicy, aromatic and appetizing!
The calculation of ingredients is indicated for a 0.5 liter container. If you want to prepare more juicy snacks for the winter, then increase the norm of products several times. Lecho turns out to be insanely aromatic and appetizing, perfect in taste. Serve it as a stand-alone snack or as a vegetable salad with garnish and meat dishes.

- Bulgarian pepper - 0.25 Kilogram
- Salt - 4 Pinches
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Ground black pepper - 3 Pinches
- Garlic - 3-4 Cloves
How to cook "Lazy lecho"
Prepare the required ingredients. Rinse the tomatoes in water, cut each fruit in half and cut out the green cores. Rub the halves on a coarse or fine mesh grater into a bowl. Remove the cake. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper by cutting off the caps. Rinse vegetables and cut into quarters or halves. Pour the tomato mass into a cauldron or ladle, add pepper slices there. Add salt, granulated sugar and ground black pepper. Place the container on the stove and simmer after boiling on medium heat for about 30-40 minutes until the thickness you need. After the specified time, peel the garlic cloves, rinse them and chop or press into a container. Put out the lecho for another 3-5 minutes, pouring in vinegar and vegetable oil.
