How to cook "Mushroom Strudel"

Finely chop the champignons. Add to the pan, season with salt, pepper and fry until the liquid evaporates. Add lean mayonnaise and coarsely chopped parsley at the end. Put it out together for another minute, then remove from the stove. Roll out the dough about 5 mm thick.
