Ingredients:
- Puff pastry - 250 grams (yeast-free)
- Potatoes - 3-4 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Parsley - 1/4 Bunch
- Champignons - 300 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste
- Lean mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Mushroom Strudel"
Prepare all ingredients. Boil the potatoes, then crush them with a fork in mashed potatoes. Season with salt to taste. Cut the onion into small cubes. Fry over medium heat until golden brown. Finely chop the champignons. Add to the pan, season with salt, pepper and fry until the liquid evaporates. Add lean mayonnaise and coarsely chopped parsley at the end. Put it out together for another minute, then remove from the stove. Roll out the dough about 5 mm thick.
