Choose the size of the biscuit baking dish depending on the purpose for which you are baking the biscuit. If you just want to serve it like a cake, with powdered sugar, then you can take a 26 cm shape. And if you want to make it as a base for a cake, then choose a 24 cm shape or two 20 cm each, so that the biscuit is tall and you can was divided into 2-3 cakes.

- Wheat flour - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Chicken Egg - 5 Pieces
- Vanillin - 1 Pinch
- Peach - 2 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - To taste (for greasing the mold)
How to cook "Biscuit with peach"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Beat eggs with sugar until dissolved. About 3-4 minutes. Add sifted flour and vanillin. Stir the dough with a spatula or at the lowest speed of a mixer. For more details on choosing a shape, see the recipe description. I took a 26 cm mold. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and lay out the dough. Wash and dry the peaches. Place in thin wedges on top of the dough. It can be tighter than in my photo. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Do not open the oven while baking. If the mold is smaller in diameter, it may take a little longer. Check with a wooden skewer.
