How to make Mashed Potatoes with Goulash

First of all, wash and peel the vegetables, rinse and dry the meat. Prepare the rest of the ingredients. Put chopped onion in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry until transparent. Next, lay out the meat cut into small pieces and fry over high heat until a crust forms. After adding carrots, reduce heat to medium and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Grind the tomatoes during this time. Place the grated tomatoes in the pan, stir and simmer for about 30 minutes. After adding salt and spices, continue to simmer until tender (time may differ depending on the size of the pieces and the type of meat). For mashed potatoes, cut the peeled potatoes into pieces, cover with water and put on fire. After boiling, season with salt and cook until tender (about 30 minutes).
