How to cook "Cod in Mustard Sauce"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Cut the fish into pieces. For the marinade, combine the mustard and soy sauce. Add some salt and spices. Stir the fish with the marinade and leave for 2 hours. Place the chopped onion in a greased baking dish. Then lay out the marinated fish. Sprinkle the fish with a little grated cheese. Then put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 30 minutes.
