How to make Flaxseed Fritters
Let's prepare the ingredients. Beat the egg with sugar. Add sour cream. Pour 2 types of flour, soda and knead the dough. If the dough is thick, add another spoonful of sour cream. Add peanuts and mix. Heat the pan and grease with sunflower oil. We spread the portions of the dough. Cooking pancakes under a lid, on both sides, until golden brown.
