Before baking, be sure to pierce the vegetables. Peppers cook faster than eggplants, so they need to be removed from the oven earlier. If the pepper is large and thick-walled, bake as much as the eggplant. Adjust the amount of hot pepper to your liking. How to cook "Adjika from eggplant and tomatoes"
Let's prepare the ingredients. Pierce the eggplants and peppers and send them to the oven. We bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees, about 30 minutes. We pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder. Add pepper and garlic, pass through a meat grinder. Add salt and sugar to the tomato, put the pan on fire. We take out the prepared vegetables from the oven. We clean the eggplants. From the peppers, remove the seeds and a thin film-skin, which, after baking, is easily separated from the peppers.
