How to cook "Adjika from eggplant and tomatoes"
Let's prepare the ingredients. Pierce the eggplants and peppers and send them to the oven. We bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees, about 30 minutes. We pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder. Add pepper and garlic, pass through a meat grinder. Add salt and sugar to the tomato, put the pan on fire. We take out the prepared vegetables from the oven. We clean the eggplants.
