How to cook "Berenge tekese"
Prepare all the ingredients for the patties. Melt the butter, add water and salt, stir. Add the sifted flour. Knead a soft, elastic dough that shouldn't stick to your hands. Cover it with a towel and let it sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Prepare the filling. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into very small cubes. Wash the dill or other greens, chop finely and add to the potatoes.
