The calculation of the ingredients is indicated for a 0.7 liter container. Pickled dessert tomatoes are an ideal snack for gatherings with family or friends in winter. It's easy to prepare, but just as quick and eaten. Optionally, you can add sugar and peppercorns to the boiling brine so as not to pour them into the jar. There is no need to wrap the workpiece after cooking!

How to cook "Dessert Tomatoes"
Prepare the required ingredients. Wash tomatoes and celery sprigs, a jar in water. Distribute vegetables and herbs to the top of the container. Peel the garlic cloves, rinse in water and place in a jar between the tomatoes. Boil water and pour boiling water into a jar, cover with a tin lid and steam the contents of the container for 10 minutes. Then pour the liquid into a saucepan or ladle, add salt there and boil the brine on the stove. Turn off the heat and pour vinegar into it, stir. Pour granulated sugar and black peppercorns into a jar of steamed tomatoes. Pour in the hot marinade and immediately screw the lid on or with a seaming wrench.
