How to make Gordon Ramsay's Shepherd's Pie
Prepare your ingredients. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan, put the minced meat, fry for 2-3 minutes, then add finely chopped onion, grated carrots and garlic. While the minced meat is being prepared, peel the potatoes and set to boil. Add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary to the minced meat, pour in a glass of dry red wine, reduce the heat and evaporate the wine vapor. Add the tomato paste and continue to fry. Pour in chicken broth and fry until the liquid evaporates.
