How to cook "Pepper in Garlic Pour"
Let's prepare the ingredients. Chop the pepper coarsely and pour it into a saucepan or pan with heated sunflower oil. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. We pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder and add to the saucepan. Add salt, sugar and herbs. Cook over low heat for another 15 minutes. Next, add the garlic and some hot pepper. The mass should boil for another 5 minutes, after which the pepper can be transferred to sterile jars and rolled up. Store the pepper in the garlic bay in a cool place. Happy blanks!
