Recipe:

1. To begin with, it is important to note that the beans must have been soaked for at least 5 hours before the start of cooking. So take care of this. It is convenient, by the way, to use ready-made canned beans, then you don't have to cook anything.

2. So, my beets and potatoes, boil until tender. It is better to cook beets separately, as they can color their "neighbors".

3. Boil the beans until cooked and leave to cool slightly.

4. Cut the potatoes and beets into cubes, and rinse the cucumbers, if very salty, in water, and also cut into cubes. Chop the onion arbitrarily. Fry the onions in oil over medium heat, if desired, until soft. The taste won't be as pungent.
