Granola is today considered one of the delicious, healthy and quick breakfasts. Of course, you can buy it in the store, but much more enjoyable than home cooking. I am sharing a simple recipe!
Cooking description:
The nuts and berries listed in the ingredients are only an option. You can use almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, and any of your favorite berries or fruits. It will be delicious anyway!

Main ingredient: Nuts / Cereals / Oatmeal
Dish: Baking
Ingredients:
- Oatmeal - 150 Grams
- Walnut - 30 Grams
- Apple - 2-3 Pieces
- Honey - 3 Art. spoons
- Linseed oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons (or olive)
- Cereal mixture with berries - 50 grams
- Sesame - 30 Grams (white)
Servings: 6-8
How to make Homemade Granola
Prepare the required ingredients. Turn the oven to 130 degrees. Peel apples and seed pods. Cut into wedges and bake in the microwave until puree. Use a wide pan or baking sheet. Mix oatmeal, cereal mixture with berries, nuts, sesame seeds, cinnamon in it. Rub the baked apples through a sieve, add butter and honey to them. Stir. Add the apple-butter mixture to the oatmeal. Mix thoroughly. Rubbing with hands. Place in the oven for 1 hour. Stir every 5-10 minutes. Finished granola has a slightly browned appearance. Refrigerate, pour into a container with a lid and store in a dark place.
