For lovers of squid salads, I have a new recipe. This time with beets, cucumbers, garlic and eggs. We fill the salad with sour cream and serve a delicious, aromatic and beautiful appetizer to the table.
Squid salad with beets is easy and quick to prepare. You can take canned squids or cook yourself. Their preparation will not take long. In general, the dish is very harmonious and tasty. Beets add a little sweetness, garlic gives spiciness, pickled cucumbers give a slight sourness, and eggs velvety. The salad can be seasoned with mayonnaise, but in this case I prefer sour cream.

- Squid - 200 Grams
- Beetroot - 150 Grams
