- Vegetable Broth - 500 Milliliters
- White wine - 100 Milliliters (dry)
- Buckwheat - 1 Glass
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Cream - 4 Tbsp. spoons (10% fat)
- Cheese - 50 Grams
- Thyme - 1/3 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Champignons - 150 Grams

How to cook "Grechotto with mushrooms"
Prepare all ingredients. Fry finely chopped onions and garlic in a pan. Add thyme. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices. Fry them with onions and garlic for 7 minutes. Add the washed buckwheat and fry for another 5 minutes. Then in a thin stream, in portions, pour in the hot broth. Season with salt, cover and simmer over medium heat for 25-30 minutes. When the broth is absorbed into the cereal, add the wine. Then, when the wine has evaporated, add the warmed cream. Stir. And immediately add the finely grated cheese. Simmer everything together until the cheese is melted.
