I love lasagna a lot, but since it requires a certain kind of pasta, I don't cook it often. An excellent way out for me was the recipe for making lavash lasagna. It turns out very tasty!
When I prepared such lasagna for the first time and served it to my husband, he did not even realize that there was lavash in the composition. But lavash is also a dough, it is well saturated with sauce and turns out to be very tender. With mushrooms, lasagna turns out to be especially tasty and aromatic. This dish is very satisfying, it would seem that I cooked quite a bit, but the whole family is full, and even a little is left. Try it!

- Champignons - 300 Grams
- Minced meat - 300-400 grams
- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Lavash - 2 Pieces
- Tomato Juice - 350 Milliliters
- Cheese - 70 Grams (hard)
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons (or sour cream)
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon (no slide)
- Spices - To taste
How to cook "Lavash lavash with mushrooms"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. First of all, we do the stuffing. Cut one onion into small cubes and place in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil. Peel the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Send to the pan with the onion and fry until tender. Transfer the fried mushrooms to a plate and fry the second diced onion in a skillet. When the onion is golden, send the minced meat to it, mix well so that it becomes crumbly. Add salt, spices to taste, and cook the minced meat until completely light beige. Then pour tomato juice into the pan (you can use tomato paste diluted in a glass of water), stir and simmer until the juice evaporates by half.
