I suggest you enjoy a delicious dish and cook a rabbit in soy sauce in the oven. Delicate and juicy meat will not leave anyone indifferent! Can be safely served with any festive table.

Cooking description:

This recipe makes the rabbit soft, tender, juicy and very tasty. Cook it and it will become your signature dish on any everyday or festive table. You can cook the whole rabbit, but I prefer to bake it in portions. So, in my opinion, the meat is more evenly marinated and it turns out really excellent in taste. You can cook with any vegetables. I have onions, garlic and carrots, but you can add broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, etc. It all depends on your imagination. Take note of the recipe!

Prepare all ingredients. Rinse the rabbit, dry, cut into portions and put in a deep bowl. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, adjika, mayonnaise, chopped bay leaves, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and leave the rabbit to marinate for several hours. I always leave overnight. Stir the meat periodically. Coarsely chop the onion and carrot.
