- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 3-4 Cloves
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 Art. spoons
- Soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp spoons
- Lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp spoons
- Adjika - 1 Teaspoon
- Sour cream - 250 Milliliters
- Water - 2-3 Glasses
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Rosemary - 1 Teaspoon (I have dried)
- Vegetable oil - 30 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Rabbit in soy sauce in the oven"
Prepare all ingredients. Rinse the rabbit, dry, cut into portions and put in a deep bowl. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, adjika, mayonnaise, chopped bay leaves, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and leave the rabbit to marinate for several hours. I always leave overnight. Stir the meat periodically. Coarsely chop the onion and carrot. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.
