- Rice noodles - 150 grams (black)
- Shrimp - 120 Grams (frozen, in shell)
- Bulb onion - 60 Grams
- Carrots - 60 Grams
- Bulgarian pepper - 120 Gram
- Champignons - 70 Grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Parsley - 15 Grams (greens)
- Garlic - 1 Clove (large)
- Salt - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
How to make Black Rice Noodles
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Pour frozen shrimp with hot water and let stand until thawed. Wash and dry vegetables and herbs. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Salt the water. Without breaking, lower the noodles. Simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water. Let the water drain. Peel the carrots, rinse and cut into thin strips. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat over medium heat and add carrots. Add thinly chopped onions and sauté vegetables over medium heat for 3 minutes. Peel the stalks and seeds from the pepper. Cut into strips and add to the skillet with sauteed vegetables. Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth and cut into slices. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and sauté more vegetables and mushrooms over medium heat for 3 minutes.
