I share my favorite roasted soy meat recipe. Soy chunks are a budget convenience food that is rich in protein and saturates well. But not everyone knows how to cook it correctly.
Below I will give a step-by-step description of how to cook fried soy meat. You can use any spices to taste, the main thing is to follow the cooking technique. You can use any other sweetener instead of agave syrup. Soy meat can be any size or shape, but larger pieces take a little longer to cook. My recipe is simple and quick and the soy meat is delicious!

- Soy Meat - 80 Grams
- Water - 120 Milliliters
- Soy sauce - 4-5 Art. spoons
- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves
- Ginger - 10-20 Grams
- Chili Pepper - To taste
- Agave Syrup - 1 Teaspoon
- Green Onions - 1/4 Bunch
- Sesame - To taste (fried)
- Corn starch - 1 Art. the spoon
How to cook "Fried Soy Meat"
Prepare all ingredients. Soak soy meat in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water. Rinse the soy meat in cold water, then squeeze the pieces thoroughly. Add cornstarch and stir. Preheat a skillet over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil. Fry the soy meat until dry, golden brown. Set the soy chunks aside. Finely chop the garlic, ginger and chili. Reheat a clean skillet with a little oil. Start frying the ginger, add garlic and chili after a couple of seconds. Fry them until the aroma is revealed. Pour the soy sauce, water, and agave syrup into the skillet. Add the soy chunks and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
