Meringue or meringue is an excellent dessert, which originates from France. It is prepared from whipped proteins with sugar and baked in the oven. Delicate cake that literally melts in your mouth. Today I have a lemon meringue.
Preparing a meringue is not as difficult as it seems. The main thing is to beat the whites well in a perfectly dry and clean bowl. Bake, or rather dry them at the correct temperature. Lemon meringue differs from the usual one in that a little lemon juice and zest are added to the proteins. This fragrant, crispy cake is perfect for dessert and for making and decorating cakes.

How to cook Lemon Meringue
Prepare the ingredients for making the meringue. Whisk the egg whites until crisp. Gradually add the sugar to the whites without stopping to beat. You get a dense, persistent, fluffy mass, similar to marshmallows. Add the zest of half a lemon to the protein mass. And a teaspoon of lemon juice. Add saffron or yellow food coloring for the color.
