Ingredients:
- Wheat sausage - 100-120 grams
- Potatoes - 2-3 Pieces
- Radish - 100-120 Grams
- Cucumber - 1-2 Pieces
- Greens - 1/2 Bunch (dill, green onions)
- Sunflower seeds - 50 grams
- Water - 50-60 Milliliters
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Kvass - 500-600 Milliliters
Servings: 2-3
How to cook "Lenten okroshka on kvass"
Prepare all ingredients. For lean sour cream, grind the sunflower seeds and water with a blender. Add salt and lemon juice. Cut the cucumber, wheat sausage and radish into small cubes. Finely chop the greens with a knife. Boil the potatoes in their uniforms. Cool, then cut into cubes. Add the potatoes to the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir.
