- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to make Lenten Tartlets
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Bread can be used black or rye with various additives: seeds, raisins, etc. Place the bread on a plate or plank a few hours before cooking so that it hardens a little, so it will be easier to grind. Then break each slice into small pieces and pour the entire mass into the bowl of a chopper or food processor. Punch for about 4-5 minutes on pulsating mode almost into a crumb. The smaller the contents of the container, the more appetizing the tartlets will look like. Remove large pieces. In a separate container, mix potato or corn starch with cold water.
