Ingredients:
- Avocado - 1 Piece
- Red onion - 1/2 Pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 5-7 Pieces
- Feta Cheese - 50 Grams
- Capers - 1-2 Art. spoons
- Sunflower sprouts - To taste
- Lemon juice - 1-2 teaspoons
- Olive oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to make "Caper and Avocado Salad"
Prepare all ingredients. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into slices. Crush the feta cheese into a bowl. Add capers and sunflower sprouts. Season the salad with oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Capers and avocado salad is ready, bon appetit!
