Prepare the ingredients for making sour cream jelly. Pour 50 ml of agar-agar with cold, boiled water. Let it swell for 30 minutes. Put the sour cream in a bowl. Add caster sugar to taste. Stir in the sour cream and powdered sugar. If you have 25-30% fat sour cream, you can beat it. Warm the swollen agar-agar until completely dissolved, cool and add to the sour cream with powdered sugar. Slice the banana and add to the sour cream with powdered sugar and agar-agar.
