- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1/2 Piece (large)
- Tomatoes - 3-4 Pieces (medium, frozen or fresh)
- Salt - To taste
- Black pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters

How to cook "Barley with vegetables in a slow cooker"
Prepare the required ingredients. Prepare pearl barley in the evening. Rinse in multiple waters. Pour 3 tbsp. water and leave overnight. Drain the water in the morning, rinse again. Prepare your vegetables. Cut carrots and onions into small cubes. Remove the skin from the tomatoes. It can be removed from frozen ones without problems. Or use fresh tomatoes, pour boiling water over for 20 minutes and then remove. Then cut into small cubes. Cut the pepper into strips. In the multicooker bowl, on the "Baking" mode, heat the vegetable oil. Fry the carrots and onions in it until soft. Add chopped peppers and tomatoes. Fry with the multicooker lid open for 5-7 minutes. Unplug the multicooker. Add barley, 3 tbsp. water. Stir. Water must cover the cereal. Set the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes again,close the cover.
