You can take rice for pilaf to taste, but in my opinion, with a round one, it turns out tastier. You don't need to add garlic, it's not for everybody.

Ingredients:

  • Pink salmon - 400 Grams (net weight)
  • Rice - 1.5-2 Cups (round, 250 ml glass.)
  • Carrots - 1 Piece (medium)
  • Onion - 1 Piece (large)
  • Garlic - To taste
  • Raisins - 1.5 Art. spoons
  • Butter - 40 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 80 Milliliters
  • Spices - To taste (for fish)

Servings: 6-7

How to cook "Pink salmon pilaf"

Prepare the required ingredients. Heat vegetable oil in a brazier. Add the onion chopped in half rings and the carrots grated on a coarse grater. Fry until golden brown. While vegetables are fried, cut the fish into pieces, about 5-7 cm in size. Remove all bones first. It is better to leave the peel, it will prevent the pieces of fish from cooking. Put the prepared pink salmon on the fried onions and carrots. Salt, add fish spices. Rinse the rice in several waters until clear water. Place on fish. Flatten. Salt lightly. Add washed raisins. Fill with water so that it is 2 phalanges of the index finger higher than the rice. Do not stir! Put on high heat, bring to a boil, then reduce to low and cook until tender. After 20 minutes, add the unpeeled garlic cloves. Close the lid and continue cooking.
