Potato and Egg Pie can be made with the most readily available ingredients. The dough will be based on kefir, eggs and soda. For the filling, boil potatoes and eggs in advance. I also added some green onions to the filling, it turned out delicious and appetizing!

Ingredients:
- Kefir - 200 Grams
- Wheat flour - 350 grams
- Chicken eggs - 2 Pieces (one for the filling, one for the dough)
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon (no slide)
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Potatoes - 150 grams (boiled)
- Green onion - 5 grams
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste

How to make Egg and Potato Pie
Prepare your ingredients. Pour kefir into a bowl, add soda, salt and sugar to it, mix. Soda will start to work actively in an acidic environment. Add sour cream to the kefir mass. Pour vegetable oil into the dough. Pour half of the flour into the dough, mix, beat in one chicken egg. Add the remaining flour and stir the dough to avoid lumps. The dough will be as thick as pancakes.
