Cooking description:
We will cook sweets on the basis of oatmeal, and also add dried apricots, raisins and hazelnuts. Thanks to the dried fruit, we don't need any sweetener. Let us dry the candies in the oven, as a result they will turn out to be slightly crispy, sweet, very tasty! Even children will be happy to eat such sweets.

- Oatmeal - 150 Grams
- Dried apricots - 100 Grams
- Raisins - 70 Grams
- Hazelnut - 100 Gram
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1 Pinch

How to make "Fitness candy"
Prepare all ingredients. Transfer the oatmeal to a blender bowl and chop at high speed. Next, transfer dried apricots and raisins to the bowl. Grind dried fruits until smooth. Transfer the hazelnuts to a bowl, chop until fine crumbs. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and oil.
