It is not for nothing that the pie received such a name, the number of ingredients is minimal, and the composition is the simplest. Any novice culinary specialist can make the Poor Student cake, and the whole process will not take much time. You can use absolutely any jam, but if you have whole berries or fruits there, then it is better to pre-grind it until smooth with a blender.

Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 2 Glasses
- Jam - 0.5 cups (any)
- Milk - 0.5 cups
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Baking Dough - 1 Teaspoon
Servings: 8-10
How to make Poor Student Pie
Prepare all ingredients. Break the egg into a deep bowl. Add milk, jam and vegetable oil. Add flour and baking soda. Stir everything until smooth. Pour the dough into a greased baking dish (mine is 18 cm in diameter). Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees until tender.
