Ingredients:
- Lentils - 150 Grams
- Sausages - 150-200 Grams
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Hot water - 1.2 Liters
- Parsley - 0.25 Bunch
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Bay Leaves - 2 Pieces

How to make Lentil and Sausage Soup
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Rinse the lentils in water, drain the liquid. Pour the washed lentils into a saucepan. Peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and add to the saucepan. Pour in hot water and place the container on the stove, add bay leaves, salt and boil everything for 20 minutes. Grate carrots with fine cells, cut onion into small cubes. Pass everything in a pan for 3-4 minutes, pouring vegetable oil into it. Cut the sausages into slices and pour the slices into the pan, fry for about 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat. Place the sausage roast in a saucepan with the boiled ingredients. If there is too little water, pour in more, but not to the edges of the container.
