- Dill - 2 Pieces (stem)

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Boil chicken eggs in advance for 12 minutes and cool in ice water. Rinse the lettuce leaves, pat dry with paper towels and place on a plate. Shell the chicken eggs, rinse them in water and cut into quarters. Place on lettuce leaves. Cut the lightly salted red fish into slices, place between the egg quarters.
