How to cook "Armenian Bean Pate"
Prepare your ingredients. Soak red beans in water for 6-8 hours in advance, then boil the beans until tender - 1.5-2 hours. Put the walnuts in a blender bowl, chop until finely crumbled. Now add beans to the nuts. If necessary, during the grinding process, you can add a little liquid in which the beans were boiled, thereby adjusting the consistency of the pate. Grind the ingredients until smooth, add the tomato sauce. Add all the spices to the ingredients.
