- Apple Cider Vinegar - 50 Milliliters
- Water - 1 Liter
- Black peppercorns - 3-5 Pieces
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 Art. spoons
- Allspice peas - 2-3 pieces
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 60 Grams
- Salt - 20 Grams

How to cook "Brussels sprouts for the winter"
Prepare all ingredients. Sort out Brussels sprouts, rinse and dry. Large heads of cabbage can be cut in half. Boil the cabbage in boiling salted water until almost cooked. Divide the cabbage into clean, sterilized jars, add the cloves of peeled garlic. For the marinade, mix all the spices with water, bring to a boil. Pour in vinegar, cook for another 5 minutes. Pour the hot marinade over the Brussels sprouts. Roll up the cans and leave in a cool, dark place. Brussels sprouts are ready for the winter.
