- Sprats - 150 Grams (in oil)
- Champignons - 250 Grams
- Onion - 100 Grams
- Cheese - 70 Grams (hard)
- Chicken eggs - 1 Piece

- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon

Prepare all ingredients. Wash and dry the champignons. Cut the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces. You can add other types of mushrooms if desired. Peel the onion, rinse. Cut the onion into half rings. As I said above, you can marinate the onions in vinegar, so there will be a sour note in the salad, but I like fried onions here. Cut the sprats into small pieces. Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a frying pan, transfer the mushrooms and onions, fry for 5-7 minutes - until tender. Transfer the mushrooms from the pan and sprats to a salad bowl.
